Welcome to ArtCrafter. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Platform or use any services.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Violate, or encourage others to violate, any right of a third party, including by infringing or misappropriating any third-party intellectual property right.
Interfere with security-related features of the Platform, including by disabling or circumventing features that prevent or limit use or copying of any content.

4. Listings and Transactions

All listings must be accurate, complete, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Buyers and sellers are responsible for ensuring that the terms of the transaction are clearly communicated and agreed upon.
Sellers are responsible for delivering the product or service as described in the listing.

5. Payments and Fees

Payment processing services are provided by PayPal. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by PayPal Terms.
ArtCrafter may charge fees for certain services. Details of such fees can be found in our Fee Policy.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Fraudulent or misleading activities.
Harassment or abuse of any users.
Violation of any laws or regulations.

NOT ALLOWED

Resell, sub-license, share or (re)distribute any of the digital files.
Convert individual letters/numbers of fonts to different formats and sell those files.
Convert templates to other formats and sell those as new templates.
Provide a digital copy of the design of the original font/design with your physical product.
Create end products that compete with the original product. You cannot bundle multiple designs or simply change basic elements such as color and size and sell that as a new product.
You cannot sell in a way that is directly competitive with the original item that you downloaded. You cannot grab a resume template, change the elements and sell it as another resume template.
Create a digital product that includes single elements or allows users to extract the elements that you’ve used (all designs must be flattened).
Simply upload designs without adding distinctive new design elements.
Provide a digital copy of the design of the original or modified embroidery design/font with your physical product. You are allowed to sell physical products only.
Sell the digital file with or without modifications commercially, give it away without charge or re-distribute the digital file in any way.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
